- Establish new clients while growing, servicing and maintaining existing clients
- Maintain all client and prospect information in catering software
- Upselling services, which meet the client's needs and maximize revenues
- Plan and manage the execution of contracted events
- Support digital catering operations across menu systems and third party partners
- Engage with Operating counterparts to execute on the highest level of customer satisfaction and catering health scores
- Act as liaison between customer/third party partners and Operations Team to ease communication and resolve any issues that may arise
- Work cross departmentally to provide sales insight and support where needed
- Engage with clients and accounts, as appropriate, to ensure catering is well-positioned, that we identify as much business as we can, and to support selling efforts. Serve as an escalation point in the case of client or operational issues
- Mastery and knowledge of catering offer, handling large events, and support of clients, operating partners and sales reps around providing the highest level of customer experience
- Attend networking events to connect with build brand awareness
- Participates in projects and provides additional support, as assigned by leadership
- Must have F&B / restaurant catering sales experience
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior cold calling and closing ratio
- Detail-oriented and organized individual with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively meet all deadlines
